PA Academy offers structured basketball development pathways designed to meet athletes where they are in their development.

Athletes begin where appropriate and advance through evaluation, demonstrated readiness, and alignment with Academy standards.

Development Pathway

Grades 4 - 11

Designed for athletes building foundational skills and Academy training discipline.

This pathway is appropriate for athletes who are committed to improving their game, want consistent Academy-level training standards, or not yet ready for team competition.

PA Development

PA 75

Pathway

Grades 4-8

Designed for athletes ready for structured team participation and elevated accountability.

PA 75 is for athletes who are ready for team structure and accountability,

need continued development while preparing for competitive events or are building toward PA 130 standards.

Key characteristics:

Team-based training environment
Structured training with added team elements
Team practices and scrimmage-based development opportunities
Limited, intentional competition such as local tournaments.
