THE PROGRAM EXPERIENCE

Inside Performance Lab.

01

Train with intention

Quality before quantity. Basketball skill, strength, and purposeful practice work together, with an emphasis on movement, control, and progression. Master movement before increasing demand.

02

Develop with direction

The Individual Development Plan grows from what coaches observe during training. It identifies strengths, habits, and development opportunities, then gives the athlete meaningful areas of focus.

03

Build the person

Discipline, accountability, and an approach that puts the team first carry beyond the gym. Prepare consistently, take responsibility for effort and following through, and communicate with respect.

DEVELOPMENT WITH DIRECTION

Progress is earned.
Not assumed.

Observe. Prioritize. Practice. Review. Coaches identify development opportunities, choose meaningful priorities, and refine the plan as the athlete develops. Athletes apply feedback inside and outside sessions.

FAMILY QUESTIONS

Know the commitment.

Do I need an Academy team place?

No. Training participation does not require team placement. The Academy has multiple ways to develop, and athletes do not need to follow a fixed sequence.

Is an IDP a preset workout package?

The approved Performance Lab material describes a plan shaped by coaching observations: observe, prioritize, practice, and review. It is refined as the athlete develops.

Does training include league or tournament entry?

Do not assume team or competition entry is included. Performance Lab is the option for training and individual development; YDL and team programs are separate offerings.

What are the schedule and enrollment options?

Training is Mondays and Thursdays, 7:30–9:30 p.m. at Jubilee Wells Branch. New members pay $325 per month with a three month minimum ($975 total). Available places, eligibility and the verified enrollment connection still need confirmation. Existing legacy $250 monthly agreements are unchanged.
